As a key environmental‑protection technical‑transformation project for ultra‑low‑emission of Hebei iron‑steel industry, the sintering comprehensive material yard is located inside Tangshan Delong factory. Divided into four storage zones for sinter ore, return fines, sludge and shaft‑furnace fine powder, the yard measures 85 m in span and 320 m in length with total building area of 27,200 ㎡.

Concrete coal‑retaining walls are built below 2.5 m height. The upper main structure adopts large‑span arched space grid with bolt‑ball joints. Targeting dust corrosion and strong coastal wind conditions in steel plant, special design is implemented for grid members, joints, anti‑corrosion and fire‑protection systems. Full enclosure of raw‑material yard restrains fugitive dust pollution at source and meets environmental‑protection emission standards for iron‑steel enterprises.

We undertook EPC general contracting (excluding pile foundation treatment and fire‑fighting system), covering civil construction, detailing‑fabrication‑erection of large‑span arched grid steel‑structure, color‑plate enclosure, on‑site water supply & drainage, electrical lighting auxiliary works. Completed and handed over on schedule, the project supports the enterprise’s upgrading for green production.
