The steel‑structure‑roof covers an area of 6,000 ㎡. Adopting large‑span spatial steel‑frame system, the roof creates a broad column‑free indoor‑space, which meets multi‑functional requirements and achieves harmonious architectural integration with local Hui‑style landscape.
Featuring wide‑span and large coverage, the roof contains numerous steel‑components. Key construction‑difficulties include lofting‑fabrication of curved members, pre‑assembly on‑ground, segmented high‑altitude hoisting, integral unloading deformation‑control and multi‑layer waterproof‑thermal‑insulation enclosure construction. Situated in mountainous‑region of Southern‑Anhui, the site has high‑humidity all‑year‑round and heavy rainfall during plum‑rain season. Wind‑snow‑load is specially calculated according to local mountain‑area conditions. A complete anti‑corrosion and fire‑protection scheme with hot‑dip‑galvanization plus finish‑coating is applied for main beams, secondary beams and support‑joints, preventing steel‑structure from damp‑induced corrosion. Full‑set waterproof, thermal‑insulation and drainage systems are equipped, and reinforced waterproof‑treatment is carried out for gutter, drain‑outlet and expansion‑joints to guarantee long‑term safe‑operation.
We undertook the integrated construction of the 6,000 ㎡ steel‑structure roof and enclosure system, covering detailed‑design of large‑span roof steel‑work, factory prefabrication of steel‑components, shot‑blasting anti‑corrosion coating, on‑site jig‑frame assembly, segmented high‑altitude hoisting, steel‑structure welding, multi‑stage unloading, purline installation and waterproof‑thermal‑insulation construction. Strict quality‑control was implemented for component‑fabrication precision, high‑altitude‑weld non‑destructive‑testing and deformation‑monitoring during unloading phase. Fine construction was completed for waterproof details. We delivered high‑quality steel‑roof works and contributed to the construction of high‑standard public cultural‑sports infrastructure for Yixian County.
