The tank‑cover shelter adopts large‑span spatial pipe‑truss anti‑hanging membrane system. Pipe‑truss serves as upper‑load‑bearing frame, while corrosion‑resistant‑membrane is suspended beneath truss and exposed to corrosive waste‑gas. Steel‑truss placed outside the membrane is isolated from corrosive fume, greatly extending structural service life. In hot‑rainy high‑humidity climate of Guangxi, multi‑layer anti‑corrosion protection is customized for pipe‑truss members, intersecting joints and supports. Acid‑alkali‑resistant and anti‑aging special membrane material guarantees long‑term sealing and de‑odorizing performance.

We undertook integrated construction of pipe‑truss and membrane‑structure, covering detailed design, steel‑pipe prefabrication, shot‑blasting anti‑corrosion coating, on‑site truss hoisting‑assembly, membrane cutting, hot‑welding and tension‑installation.
