As a key livelihood‑oriented eco‑environmental‑protection project of Hainan Province, Phase‑III waste‑to‑power plant is located in Yanchunling, Laocheng Economic‑Development Zone, Chengmai, with total investment of 920 million RMB. Designed daily waste‑treatment capacity reaches 1,800 tons, equipped with three 600‑ton‑per‑day incineration lines and 2×25MW turbo‑generator sets. It realizes reduction, harmless disposal and resource‑recycling of Haikou municipal waste and provides solid support for ecological‑environment governance of Hainan Free‑Trade‑Port.

The plant consists of waste‑unloading hall, waste‑storage bunker, main incineration workshop, turbine house and flue‑gas‑purification workshop. Heavy‑duty steel‑structure system is built to bear heavy loads of incineration boiler, waste‑heat‑recovery and power‑generation equipment. Situated on northern coastal Hainan Island, the site suffers frequent typhoons, high humidity and salt‑fog corrosion, together with humid corrosive flue gas inside workshops. Custom‑tailored design is carried out for fire‑protection, anti‑corrosion, wind‑resistance, waterproof‑sealing and long‑term durability of steel‑structure and enclosure panels.

We undertook steel‑structure, roof and wall enclosure‑system works including detailed design, prefabrication, shot‑blasting anti‑corrosion coating, hoisting and on‑site installation. Complying strictly with construction codes for coastal power‑industry buildings, we guaranteed component precision, welding quality and waterproof‑sealing workmanship, ensuring long‑term safe and stable operation of the waste‑to‑power plant.
