Yima Ruihui New Materials is a Henan‑provincial specialized, sophisticated, innovative enterprise and high‑tech manufacturer, focusing on bauxite‑based refractory synthetic new‑materials such as high‑alumina homogenized clinker and mullite. This plant is a key technical‑transformation project for its 100,000‑ton‑per‑year synthetic new‑material production, located in Yima Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone, Sanmenxia.

The project delivers main steel‑frame structures for production workshops, raw‑material warehouses and finished‑product depots. Targeting large‑span layout, heavy equipment loads, dust corrosion and partial high‑temperature conditions, we carried out customized design for steel member selection, joint details, anti‑corrosion and fire‑protection systems. Our scope includes steel‑structure detailing, prefabrication, shot‑blasting anti‑corrosion coating and full‑set on‑site erection. Complying strictly with Chinese industrial building codes, we controlled welding quality and component accuracy, ensuring safe installation of large‑scale process equipment and supporting the commissioning of the intelligent refractory‑material production line.
