No.7 Material Yard Enclosure is a key green‑transformation and ultra‑low‑emission renovation project of Jingye‑group Wulanhaote Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. Situated at the south material yard inside Wulanhaote steel plant in Inner Mongolia, the yard measures 102 m × 242 m with a total building area of approximately 23,650 ㎡.

This large fully‑enclosed storage shed adopts large‑span arched space grid steel structure. Specialized design on grid stiffness, wind‑snow load and anti‑corrosion system is carried out to adapt to the cold and windy climate of Inner Mongolia. The full‑enclosed storage for bulk materials such as iron ore and coal fundamentally controls dust pollution from open‑air stockyard and meets environmental‑protection standards for steel enterprises.

As the EPC general‑contractor, we delivered the full scope including survey & design, civil engineering, fabrication & erection of large‑span space grid, color‑plate enclosure, drainage, lighting and dust‑suppression facilities. The project started in June 2020 and was completed and handed over in October 2020 with qualified quality, supporting the enterprise’s green‑environmental‑protection upgrading.
