We undertook full‑scope steel‑structure construction for the two sales‑office demonstration‑areas, covering detailed‑design of irregular‑steel‑frame, factory‑prefabrication of H‑section‑steel‑columns‑and‑beams, shot‑blasting anti‑corrosion‑coating, foundation‑re‑survey, hoisting‑erection of steel‑columns, assembly‑lifting of cantilever‑beams, high‑strength‑bolt tightening & welding, mezzanine‑steel‑work for show‑flats, elevation‑&‑verticality‑calibration, supplementary fire‑&‑anti‑corrosion painting and installation of decorative embedded‑parts.
