Invested by Chuanhua Group, Tengzhou Chuanhua Smart Sharing Industrial Park is located in Nanshahe Town, Tengzhou. Covering about 200 mu in total, its Phase‑I occupies 166.5 mu with building area of 78,000 ㎡. It serves as a modern SME cluster park integrating production, R&D and supporting services in southern Shandong. Multiple standard single‑block workshops are planned for enterprises of equipment manufacturing, hardware processing and new‑materials.

Workshops adopt portal rigid‑frame steel structure with eave height of about 12 m and pre‑installed crane corbels for overhead cranes up to 10 tons. Requirements of large clear‑span space, load‑bearing capacity, thermal insulation and fire resistance are satisfied, with reserved bases for rooftop photovoltaic system.

We undertook steel‑structure works for multiple standard workshops, including detailing, prefabrication, shot‑blasting anti‑corrosion coating and on‑site erection for steel frames, bracings, roof and wall purlins. In strict compliance with national steel‑structure codes, we controlled component accuracy and welding quality to guarantee large‑span performance of workshops and deliver high‑quality infrastructure for industrial upgrading in southern Shandong.
