Jingmen Cheetah Automobile Industrial Park is a key vehicle‑manufacturing project in Hubei Province, located in Duodao District, Jingmen High‑tech Zone, with planned annual capacity of 100,000 SUV units. As the core production building, the assembly combined‑workshop covers 90,000 ㎡, integrating vehicle assembly, parts distribution, vehicle inspection and prototype debugging for complete vehicle final‑assembly production.

The workshop adopts large‑span heavy‑duty steel‑frame system with continuous large‑space operation area and heavy‑tonnage crane beams for tooling hoisting, parts handling and assembly‑line production. According to automobile‑assembly‑workshop characteristics, customized design is implemented for component load‑bearing, joint strength, fire‑protection and anti‑corrosion, satisfying multiple technical indexes including large clear height, ventilation & smoke exhaust and equipment hanging, complying with specifications for passenger‑car‑manufacturing buildings.

We undertook steel‑structure works of the assembly workshop, including detailing, prefabrication, shot‑blasting anti‑corrosion coating and on‑site erection for steel frames, crane beams, bracings, roof and wall purlin systems. Complying strictly with national industrial‑steel‑structure codes, we guaranteed component precision and welding quality for successful completion of this large‑scale vehicle‑assembly workshop.
