It undertakes core functions including government‑administration, enterprise‑services, exhibition‑reception and public‑supporting facilities, acting as a vital window displaying high‑standard planning concepts and green‑smart construction achievements of Xiongan. Following the development‑guideline of “Global‑Vision, International‑Standard, Chinese‑Features and High‑end‑Positioning”, the project widely adopts prefabricated‑modular construction technology and integrates more than 30 advanced technologies such as ultra‑low‑energy‑consumption building, sponge‑city, smart‑park and comprehensive‑utility‑tunnel, building a national demonstration sample for future‑city construction. Our construction‑scope covers curtain‑wall system, metal‑roof enclosure and prefabricated exterior‑wall decoration for multiple single‑buildings inside the complex. The facade adopts standardized unit‑type curtain‑wall, metal‑decorative‑panels and energy‑saving glass‑windows, while the roof is equipped with green waterproof‑thermal‑insulation metal‑roof system. The enclosure‑system balances ultra‑low‑energy‑saving performance, air‑tightness, water‑tightness, fast prefabricated‑construction and modern architectural‑appearance, achieving perfect integration of building‑quality, low‑carbon‑development and urban‑landscape.
As a group‑public‑building facade‑project with multiple‑buildings constructed simultaneously, this work features high‑prefabrication‑rate of curtain‑wall and exterior‑wall units. Major construction‑challenges include varied‑roof‑shapes of different buildings, complex transition joints between roof and curtain‑wall, waterproof‑treatment for high‑low‑span joints, precise positioning‑installation of prefabricated exterior‑wall panels, multi‑layer waterproof‑thermal‑insulation construction of metal‑roof and connection‑work between roof‑drainage and sponge‑city rainwater‑collection‑system. Located in North‑China‑Plain with long‑cold‑winter, sharp day‑night‑temperature‑difference and frequent short‑term heavy‑rain in rainy‑season, the curtain‑wall and metal‑roof are specially calculated according to ultra‑low‑energy‑consumption‑building‑standards of Xiongan New‑Area. Hot‑dip‑galvanization anti‑corrosion is applied for curtain‑wall keels and roof‑steel‑structure. High‑performance thermal‑break components and low‑emissivity insulated‑glass are equipped for exterior‑walls to greatly reduce thermal‑bridge loss. Multi‑layer waterproof‑thermal‑insulation‑vapor‑barrier enclosure‑system is built for metal‑roof, whose drainage‑facilities are seamlessly connected with sponge‑city rain‑harvest‑system to guarantee long‑term energy‑saving and leakage‑free‑operation. BIM forward‑modeling technology is adopted in the whole‑construction‑process to simulate curtain‑wall‑grid layout, panel‑hoisting‑sequence and detailed‑joint‑optimization in advance, reducing on‑site wet‑work and implementing green‑construction requirements.
We undertook the integrated construction of curtain‑wall, metal‑roof and prefabricated exterior‑wall, covering detailed‑design of glass‑curtain‑wall and metal‑panel‑facade, installation of post‑embedded‑plates and curtain‑wall‑keels, hoisting‑erection of prefabricated‑exterior‑wall‑units, mounting of LOW‑E energy‑saving glass, weather‑resistant sealing for facades, laying of roof‑purline system, vapor‑barrier, thermal‑insulation and waterproof‑membranes, metal‑roof‑panel installation, construction of gutter‑drainage and sponge‑city rain‑water joints, lightning‑protection system deployment and other full‑scope works. Strict quality‑control was carried out for installation‑precision of prefabricated‑panels, curtain‑wall air‑water‑tightness, waterproof‑details of metal‑roof and high‑altitude safety‑management. Delivered in strict accordance with “Xiongan‑Quality” standard, our facade‑and‑roof works contribute to the construction of a world‑class green, smart and modern landmark complex for Xiongan New‑Area.
