Situated in Qianhexinzhuang Village, Yangezhuang Town, Laoting, Tangshan, Hebei, Laoting waste‑to‑power plant is a key livelihood‑oriented environmental‑protection project for solid‑waste harmless treatment. It is designed to process 500 tons of domestic waste every day, equipped with mechanical‑grate incinerator and steam‑turbine generator set. It realizes waste reduction and harmless disposal, while waste‑heat is recycled for grid‑connected power generation to boost local circular‑economy development.

Core buildings include waste‑unloading bay, waste‑storage bunker, main incineration workshop, turbine house and flue‑gas‑treatment workshop. Heavy‑duty steel‑frame system is adopted to bear large‑tonnage loads of boilers, waste‑heat‑recovery and power‑generation equipment. Since the plant operates under long‑term high‑temperature, high‑humidity and corrosive‑gas conditions, corrosion‑resistant and fire‑resistant materials are selected for steel members and cladding panels, meeting requirements of roof waterproofing, thermal insulation and wind‑snow resistance.

We undertook EPC general‑contracting work for steel‑structure, roof and wall enclosure systems, covering detailed design, material procurement, prefabrication, anti‑corrosion coating, hoisting and on‑site installation. Complying strictly with industrial‑power‑plant steel‑structure codes, we controlled component precision, welding quality and waterproof‑sealing workmanship of enclosure systems, delivering safe and reliable structural support for the waste‑to‑power station.
